Concert « Femmes d’esprit » – Une épopée musicale allant du XIIe au XXIe siècle

Ce programme est élaboré autour d’œuvres de Hildegard von Bingen (1098-1179), Elisabeth Jacquet de la Guerre (1665- 1729), Maria Theresia von Paradis (1759- 1824), Clara Schumann (1819- 1896), Sofia Gubaïdulina (1931-) et Sophie Lacaze (1963-)

Le violon de Saskia Lethiec, le violoncelle de David Louwerse et l’accordéon de Pascal Contet honorent ce programme en une ode à la vitalité et à la créativité féminines.

Quel lien unit une spirituelle allemande, les créatrices tatare, française, allemande, autrichienne ?… leur créativité, leur engagement, leur lieu de résidence, d’accueil ou d’exil.

Est-ce que les onze siècles qui les séparent altèreront la perception de l’une à l’autre ? Probablement pas car un fil ténu les relie grâce au soin de leur jardin terrestre, spirituel ou céleste.

Ce parcours mêlant passion(s) et sérénité nous renvoie avec douceur à la matrice maternelle et nourricière, mère de la vie, poésie de l’insondable.

Concert « Women of Spirit » – A Musical Journey from the 12th to the 21st Century

This program is built around works by Hildegard von Bingen (1098-1179), Elisabeth Jacquet de la Guerre (1665-1729), Maria Theresia von Paradis (1759-1824), Clara Schumann (1819-1896), Sofia Gubaidulina (1931-), and Sophie Lacaze (1963-).

The violin of Saskia Lethiec, the cello of David Louwerse, and the accordion of Pascal Contet bring this program to life as an ode to female vitality and creativity.

What connects a German mystic, Tatar, French, German, and Austrian composers? Their creativity, their commitment, their place of residence, refuge, or exile.

Will the eleven centuries that separate them alter our perception of one another? Probably not, as a delicate thread connects them—through their devotion to their earthly, spiritual, or celestial gardens.

This journey, intertwining passion(s) and serenity, gently leads us back to the maternal and nurturing matrix, the mother of life, the poetry of the unfathomable.
